| What lies in this journal is simply fiction, based on events that have taken place during the wonderful play called Rent. I am not related to/nor do I know, the wondeful Jonathan Larson. Maureen is played by the gorgeous Idina Menzel, and no, sadly I am not her (though, I wish it was!). I am open for Rp with anyone that might be wanting to interact with her, Mo has some quirks to her, but she's trying her hardest! |

Since there is very little to NO extensive bio about Maureen, I have taken the liberties of coming up with her backstory. The following is what I was able to come up with, and is subject to change, given sitsuations that may occur with my other wonderful rent community friends.
Maureen was born in a small town,just outside of Houston, Texas. She was from a well of family at least in her mind. They did what they needed to to survive. She didn't much care about having what the other children had. All she knew was she wanted to be a star, and she would do whatever it took to get there. When she grew up, she moved to New York, and started seeking out acting jobs that she could hinder herself to. unfortunately, she didn't find very many. She became friends with ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) rent_angel_tm(angel), mimi_dances(mimi), powertoignite(roger), collins_tm(collins), and makeroffilms(mark). And they basically all grew into one big happy family. Sorta.
Maureen did date Mark for quite sometime, before leaving him for a lawyer named Joanne. But things simply didn't work out between Joanne and Maureen. You never put two dominate people into a relationship together. But however, during this whole ordeal, Maureen realized she still loved Mark, and begged for him to take her back. And now, they are starting fresh, and she hopes she can make it work. Because she REALLY does. She loves him. Pure and simple. |
